Joel Ferreira - VP Maritime Engineering

Joel brings over 25 years of experience in energy technology, renewables, oil and gas, and engineering management.


Martyn Dalziel - Group Chief Procurement Officer

Martyn has over 20 years of experience leading strategic procurement and supply chain operations for global organisations in highly regulated industries, such as Energy, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace.


Ben Blezard - Group VP Procurement

Ben is a senior commercial and procurement management strategist and leader, with extensive experience orchestrating start-up development, and optimising procurement functions across diverse platforms.


Richard Freston - VP Projects

Former Lloyds Register, Richard has over 20 years of experience in the maritime, offshore energy and technology sectors, bringing significant expertise in project and process governance, assurance and risk management.


Georgie Robinson - Group VP Strategic Marketing

Georgie operates at the intersection of ESG, brand, finance and innovation. An experienced marketing strategist at HSBC, she brings global marketing experience within the sustainability and smart cities space.


Louise Starky - VP Marketing

A Chartered Marketer with over 20 years of experience enhancing and expanding brands globally. Louise has specialised in the energy sector, with a recent focus on offshore wind, carbon capture and storage, and renewable hydrogen solutions.


Shareena Ali - Group VP PR & Communications

Shareena is a Comms Strategist and Chartered Marketer with over 20 years of global experience in strategy, media relations, thought leadership, corporate and crisis comms, advising UK & international governments and corporations in various sectors including energy, tourism and sustainability. 


Marlene Mitchell - VP Ports & Grants

Marlene brings over 20 years of experience in the energy and ports sectors and is a passionate advocate for maritime decarbonisation. She brings extensive experience across commercial, funding and innovation disciplines.






The rapid growth of ELIRE’s team comes at a pivotal time, with several major projects currently underway in London. These projects, focused on implementing smart floating infrastructure solutions, are set to showcase ELIRE's innovative engineering capabilities at a global level. ELIRE's strategic additions of UK expertise will ensure these initiatives succeed and set new standards for sustainable infrastructure worldwide.
